Shotvilo turns your content standards into a clear product photography workflow. Create a standard, select products, assign source images, review each requirement, and freeze a version before exporting.

Contact support

Email [email protected]. Include your store domain and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, API keys or payment information.

Installation and plans

Open Shotvilo from your Shopify admin. Choose a plan through Shopify to create and review projects. Shopify displays the price, billing interval and any eligible trial before you approve a subscription. Manage or cancel your plan through Shopify. Uninstalling disconnects your store.

Project size

Shotvilo is designed for focused shoots. Starter supports up to 50 selected products or variants per project, Growth up to 100, and Pro up to 150. Each content standard has up to 10 shot requirements. The Plans page also lists your active-project, stored-project and version limits. Archived projects count toward stored projects; history is never silently removed to make room.

Source changes and downloads

An assigned image still needs a separate review. If a Shopify product or image changes, refresh the project's sources and review affected requirements again. Generated files remain available for 24 hours; request a new temporary download link if an old link has expired.

Your data

Settings lets you download a JSON copy of your workspace. Photography projects can be deleted individually. Contact support for assistance with access or deletion requests.
